You will be asked to choose which suits you best during the order checkout procedure.

INVOICE ON DISPATCH: when your order is dispatched we will send you a written invoice by post with a payment slip (Einzahlungsschein).

INVOICE BY EMAIL: when your order is dispatched we will email you an "e-invoice" in PDF format. This contains all the information you need to make your payment using online banking.

Our business is based on trust and we only invoice you after delivery. We kindly ask you to settle your bill within 30 days.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Goods: in the unlikely event of goods arriving in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please contact us for instructions. Please do not return goods without our prior approval. We will of course make every effort to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
